About this motorhome

A 2026 Bailey Adamo 75-4DL on the Ford Transit chassis, a proper four-berth with two electric drop-down doubles, a separate washroom and a kitchen you can cook a real dinner in.

She drives like a large car rather than a lorry: automatic gearbox, reversing camera, cruise control and a cab that swivels to join the lounge when you stop. Both lounges have an electric double bed that drops down from above, and hot water and hot air heating keep her comfortable all year round.

Everything you need is already on board: crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, a toaster, a gas and electric kettle, an inflatable gazebo, four camping chairs, a picnic table and a bike carrier for two bikes. We do not provide bedding and towels, so bring your own along with food and clothes. A full gas bottle is provided, the water tank is flushed and part-filled and the toilet is cleaned and prepared before every hire.

Paul checks every hirer's licence and insurance history personally, then walks you through the vehicle at handover for as long as it takes, usually about forty minutes for a first-time hirer.

Will your licence cover this van?

Daisy is plated at 3,500kg, which sits within the category B limit, so a standard car licence covers it, whenever you passed your test. Loading beyond the plated weight is an offence and invalidates the insurance.

Hirers must be aged 30 to 75, with no more than two convictions of three points each. Paul runs an online licence check prior to booking and asks for two proofs of address dated within 90 days, which must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the hire date.

Discounts are confirmed when your enquiry is approved. The price in the booking panel does not include them. Cancellation fees are a share of the hire fee; the cancellation insurance offered when you book waives them. If Paul has to cancel, you are offered a similar motorhome or a full refund.

Payment schedule

The first instalment when Paul approves the enquiry, 25%, 50% or the full amount, depending on how far ahead you book.
The remainder on the schedule set when your enquiry is approved, the last instalment falls three weeks before collection.
£1,500 refundable security deposit, paid with the last instalment and refunded once Daisy is back and inspected.
